These terms are an agreement between you and ihaveaproject.com. By making an account or using the site you accept them.
02Your account
You need to be at least 16 to make an account. Keep access to your email safe, because that is how you sign in. One person, one maker page.
03Your content
You keep the rights to everything you post. You give us permission to store, display and share it in the ways the product works, for example on your page, in Explore and in share cards. You can remove it at any time.
04What's not allowed
We may hide content or suspend accounts that break these rules.
- Pretending to be someone else or showing work that isn't yours.
- Spam, scams, malware or misleading claims about traction or revenue.
- Harassment, hate, or content that is illegal where you or your visitors are.
05Applications, backing and sales
We connect people. Agreements you make with each other are between you.
Backing a project is a reservation with an optional pledge amount; no money moves through ihaveaproject.com. Inquiries about projects for sale go straight to the maker.
06Pro
Pro is a one-time payment with no renewals. If Pro isn't working for you, write to us within 14 days of buying and we will refund it.
07Ending things
You can delete your account whenever you like. We may close accounts that break these terms; when we do, we tell you why.
08Liability
We work hard to keep the site running but can't promise it will never go down. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses.
09Law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria and the EU. Consumer rights in your country still apply. Contact: [email protected].
